Welcome to Albert Park Motor Inn. We are committed to providing you with a pleasant and comfortable stay. Please review the following terms and conditions.

1. By booking a room and/or staying at Albert Park Motor Inn, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The Motel reserves the right to refuse service.
2. Reservations should be made in advance through our booking system or by phone. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Payment is due to be paid 4 weeks prior to date of check-in.
3. Prices are subject to change based on availability and seasonality; rates are only locked at the time of booking. Enquired prices can only be locked in by making full payment.
4. All bookings are final and non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, modification or early departure, the full cost of stay applies under all circumstances.
5. Albert Park Motor Inn is a non-pet-friendly facility — pets are not allowed in the rooms under any circumstances. We do allow well-behaved pets to be tied up or crated outside of the rooms; if your pet causes a disturbance, you may be asked to remove it.
6. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional fees.
7. Daily room servicing is provided, including the replenishment of tea, coffee etc, and rubbish removal. A full linen change is provided after the third night of your stay.
8. All guests must conduct themselves respectfully. Noise should be kept to a minimum. The Motel reserves the right to evict guests for disruptive behaviour.
9. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property. The Motel is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor public areas; a cleaning fee may apply if smoking is detected.
11. The Motel is not responsible for any failure or delay in services due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters and power outages.
